Kasia Caldwell, LCSW

ILA Founder/ Clinical Social Work Practitioner

Kasia  graduated from the University of Utah with her Master’s degree in social work (MSW) in May 2015.  Kasia is currently licensed in the states of Nevada and Utah. Kasia is certified in many clinical modalities including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS)

  • Bounce Back (Elementary School Based Trauma Curriculum)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT - Light Skills Based) 

  • Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS)

  • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

In addition to the traditional clinical therapeutic modalities, Kasia is also a Certified Reiki Master Teacher (RMT) in Traditional Usui Reiki and Karuna Holy Fire Reiki and provides individual healing treatments and teaches Reiki certification classes for school-based professionals, social workers, and other natural healers.

Some of Kasia’s greatest accomplishments are being a wife to her husband, Larry, and mother to her six amazing children: Maggie, Nona, Sarah, Robbie, Michael, and Sophia. She lives in Las Vegas, NV.

Stacey Gray, MA

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Stacey became a licensed clinical professional counselor in 2019. Stacey graduated from National University in 2014, with a Master of Arts degree in counseling psychology.  Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from UNLV, in 2011. She decided to go into counseling when she was 12-years old after reading, “Man’s Search for Meaning,” by Viktor Frankl, because of the message of hope. Stacey believes that most people are searching for meaning in their lives, and she would like to be the catalyst that creates the change by illuminating the light that shines from inside once a person finds their path.


Stacey has worked as a clinical counselor for the past eight years in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is an advocate and ally for the LGBTQIA+ population. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and life experience which many of her clients appreciate and find helpful in their treatment. She enjoys working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.


Prior to attaining her education as a professional counselor, Stacey served in the US Army for 6 years working in the field of satellite and radio communications. She has a passion for and experience in treating veterans.


In her spare time, Stacey spends most of her time with her dog, Socrates. She also loves bicycling, hiking, and going out to nice restaurants with her friends.


Ebony Hall

MSW Student 

University of Nevada, Reno

Ebony graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with her Bachelor’s degree in social work (BSW) in December 2019. Ebony began the pursuit of her Master’s degree in social work in May of 2020 with the University of Nevada, Reno, and is ontrack to graduate in August 2021.

Her drive to become a social worker stems from her own personal experiences and desire to make a difference in the lives of those she encounters. In addition to being a clinical practicum student at ILA Ebony is also a qualified mental health associate (QMHA). Her plan after graduation is to complete her clinical requirements and provide therapy services to children and families.

She is on the board of directors at her local church and teaches the children and youth. In her spare time, she enjoys riding bikes with her children, listening to music, and going on random car rides with her husband. 


Wallah- Montoya

Marriage & Family Therapy Intern

A graduate of Touro University Worldwide with her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in June 2019. Avneet is a state-licensed intern practicing in Nevada.


Avneet is trained in many clinical modalities including:

Avneet grew up in Southern California and moved to Las Vegas over ten years ago. She graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.  

Avneet enjoys spending time with her husband and toddler daughter. She enjoys reading, listening to 90s music, trying new restaurants, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Erica Flores

MSW Student 

Louisianna State University

Erica Flores is a current Master of Social Work student at Louisiana State University Online. H erplanned graduation will be in August of 2021.

She was born in San Diego, CA and grew up in Las Vegas, NV. Erica has previously graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.


Her passion for social work stemmed from her passion for helping other people and wanting to advocate for justice. She plans to pursue her future career working with the aging population or the homeless population. She plans to work in an advocacy and clinical position as needed.


Some of her biggest accomplishments include being a staff member and currently on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit organization focusing on youth empowerment and leadership for the last 15 years.


In her free time she enjoys cuddling her dog, reading mystery novels, watching Netflix, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. and husband.
